How to respond to your customers' POs
As a recap, you can confirm your orders using either of the two methods below:
Option 1 – Confirm directly via email link

Open the email notification you received from Axya and click “Open PO” (see attached example).

From there, you can acknowledge the order or propose changes (e.g., delivery date, quantity, etc.).

If changes are proposed, you will receive a follow-up email once (client name) has reviewed them, allowing you to confirm the final order.
Option 2 – Reply by email (no login required)

Send your order confirmation (PDF) by replying directly to engineering@axya.co.

You can include any relevant message or comments.
Please make sure the PO number appears in the email subject line — this allows your confirmation to automatically sync with the correct order in the Axya platform.
Who receives these PO notifications?
Your client (the buyer) controls who in your company receives these email notifications through a distribution list. Make sure to inform them if this distribution list needs to be changed or updated.
