# How to Manage User Roles in Axya

## This article explains how Admin users can update team permissions within Axya

Only **Admin** users in Axya can modify user roles. If a user needs to be upgraded **to Admin**, please contact the Axya team directly at **customerservice@axya.co**.

### How to Access and Manage User Roles

#### 1. Open the Company Profile

From the Axya menu bar, select **Company Profile**.

#### 2. Navigate to Members

Within the Company Profile section, click on **Members**.  
Here you will see a complete list of all Axya users associated with your company.

#### 3. Locate Team Permissions

In the **Team Permissions** column, find the user whose role you want to update.

#### 4. Select the Appropriate Role

Click the dropdown arrow and choose the correct role for that user.

#### 5. Automatic Save

Once selected, the new role is **automatically saved** and applied instantly—no confirmation step required.
