How to Manage User Roles in Axya
This article explains how Admin users can update team permissions within Axya
Only Admin users in Axya can modify user roles. If a user needs to be upgraded to Admin, please contact the Axya team directly at customerservice@axya.co.

How to Access and Manage User Roles

1. Open the Company Profile
From the Axya menu bar, select Company Profile.
2. Navigate to Members
Within the Company Profile section, click on Members.
Here you will see a complete list of all Axya users associated with your company.
3. Locate Team Permissions
In the Team Permissions column, find the user whose role you want to update.
4. Select the Appropriate Role
Click the dropdown arrow and choose the correct role for that user.

5. Automatic Save
Once selected, the new role is automatically saved and applied instantly—no confirmation step required.
