How to reset your password

There are two ways to reset your password on the Axya platform.

One method is available directly within the application, while the other is used when you have forgotten your login credentials.

From within the application

1. Click on your user avatar, located in the top-right corner of the application’s header bar.

2. Select “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu.

3. In the window that opens, navigate to the “Authentication” tab.

4. Enter your current password, then type your new password. You will need to confirm the new password by entering it again.

Forgot your credentials

1. On the login page, locate and click the “Can’t log in?” link.
   You can also access it directly using the following URL: https://app.axya.co/auth/recover

2. In the “Forgot Credentials” section, enter the email address associated with the account you want to recover.
   An email containing a unique link to reset your password will be sent to that address.

3. Open the password reset link sent to your email. You will be redirected to the password reset form.

4. Enter your new password. For security reasons, you must enter it again to confirm, then submit the form.
   Your password will be successfully reset.
