Inviting Colleagues to Your Axya Account
This article explains how to invite colleagues to your Axya company account so they can access the platform and collaborate on procurement activities.
How to Invite Colleagues to Your Axya Account
1. Access the Company Profile

From the top-left corner of the menu bar, click Company Profile.

This will open your organization’s main administrative settings.
2. Open the Members Section

Inside the Company Profile page, click Members.

You will now see the full list of colleagues who currently have an Axya profile under your organization.
3. Add a New Member

Click + Invite.

A form will appear requesting several details for the new colleague.
4. Enter Required Information
Complete the fields as follows:

Email Address – Enter the work email of the colleague you want to invite.

Team Permission – Choose one of the three available permission levels.

Each permission level is briefly described directly on the platform.

Preferred Languages – Select the language(s) the user will see on their interface.
5. Send the Invitation

Once all required information is provided, click Send.

Axya will automatically create the new profile.

The invited colleague will receive an email invitation allowing them to access and log in to the platform.
