[Général](https://www.outsourcing.axya.co/knowledge/utilisateurs-acheteurs?hsLang=fr#g%C3%A9n%C3%A9ral) # Comment configurer l’intégration courriel Outlook avec Axya ## Ce que fait cette intégration:  - Lie automatiquement les fils de courriels aux demandes de soumission (RFQ) et aux bons de commande (PO)  - Centralise les communications avec les fournisseurs dans Axya  - Permet d’envoyer et de recevoir des courriels directement depuis la plateforme Suivez les étapes ci-dessous pour activer l’intégration : --- #### 🔗 Étape 1 : Connectez-vous à votre compte Axya 1. Rendez-vous sur [app.axya.co](https://app.axya.co) 2. Connectez-vous avec vos identifiants d’entreprise --- #### ⚙️ Étape 2 : Accédez à vos paramètres utilisateur 1. Ouvrez l’onglet **Intégrations courriel** 4. Ouvrez votre compte **Outlook** 2. Cliquez sur l’**icône des applications** dans la barre d’outils à droite de l’écran 3. Retournez dans Outlook, cliquez à nouveau sur l’icône des applications et vous devriez voir l’application **Axya**. 6. Cliquez dessus, puis entrez le **code généré** à l’étape précédente pour lier votre profil. ✅ Une fois la connexion établie, un message de confirmation apparaîtra dans Axya. #### 🛠️Dépannage Si vous éprouvez des difficultés à connecter votre compte : - Assurez-vous d’être connecté au **bon compte Outlook** - Vérifiez avec votre **administrateur TI** que votre compte Microsoft 365 autorise les intégrations tierces - Essayez d’utiliser une **fenêtre privée/incognito** pour contourner les identifiants enregistrés Toujours bloqué ?
