# Comment activer ou désactiver l’authentification à deux facteurs (2FA) dans Axya

#### **Étapes pour activer l’authentification à deux facteurs**

1. **Connectez-vous** à votre compte Axya.
2. Cliquez sur votre **icône de profil** située dans le **coin supérieur droit** de l’écran.![](https://www.outsourcing.axya.co/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-3.png?width=1681&height=919&name=image-png-3.png)

4. Ouvrez l’onglet **Authentification**.

6. Un **code de vérification** sera envoyé à **l’adresse courriel associée à votre compte Axya**.

Une fois activée, votre compte exigera à chaque connexion votre mot de passe ainsi que le code de vérification.

#### **Étapes pour désactiver l’authentification à deux facteurs**

Si la 2FA est déjà activée et que vous souhaitez la désactiver :

1. Retournez dans l’onglet **Authentification** sous **Paramètres de profil**.
2. Cliquez sur le bouton **Désactiver l’authentification à deux facteurs**.
3. Confirmez votre choix et cliquez sur **Enregistrer**.
