Navigating the Form

The questionnaire is divided into clearly labeled sections:

  • Use the main form area to complete fields sequentially
  • Use the right-side navigation panel to:
    • Jump between sections
    • Track your progress in real time

You can either:

  • Scroll through the form linearly, or
  • Navigate directly to specific sections using the side panel

Saving Progress
