🔎 Accessing RFQs
Requests Tab
The Requests tab contains all RFQs you can access.

Focused view: shows RFQs to which you were personally invited.

Team view: shows all RFQs assigned to your team, if a team is configured for your company.
To open an RFQ, simply click on it in the list.

Inside a selected RFQ, several sections provide essential details:

Targeted Suppliers
Displayed on the right side:

💬 Communication and Collaboration
Internal Chat
A dedicated tab allows you to communicate with your colleagues about the RFQ.
Contacting a Supplier
From the General Information tab, click the message bubble on the right to contact a supplier directly.

Quote Comparison Tab
Displays part-by-part pricing to help evaluate and compare supplier quotes.
📌 RFQ Status Types
The following statuses may appear:

Active: The RFQ is currently open.

Pending: The RFQ has closed but has not yet been awarded.

Awarded: A supplier has been selected.
-
Completed: The project is complete and all deliveries have been finalized.

Canceled: The RFQ was canceled.
