How to Invite Your Internal Colleagues as Viewers on Axya

The Viewer role in Axya allows internal colleagues to view purchase orders (POs) and track their statuses, messages, and attachments, without being able to edit, approve, or create POs. This access level is ideal for providing visibility and fostering collaboration between buyers and other departments (e.g., engineering, project management, finance).

👥 1. How to Invite a Colleague as Viewer

To invite a colleague as a Viewer on Axya:

  1. Go to your Team settings within the Buyer – PO module.

  2. Click “Invite colleague” and enter their work email address.

  3. Assign the Viewer role when prompted.

  4. Your colleague will receive an email invitation to join Axya as part of your organization.

  5. They can then create their account and log in to start viewing POs.
